Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation must be received by Golden Horse Travel either by mail or fax.
a. 45 days prior to departure: No penalty.
b. 45-21 days prior to departure: $200 per person will be assessed.
c. 21 days prior to departure: 50% of tour fare
d. When a traveler cannot complete the tour for any personal reason there will be no refund
   for the unused portion of the tour. Any change of return flight is subject to airlines penalty.
e. Within 14 days prior to departure: 25% of tour fare. There is no refund for no-shows.

Fare Includes
1. Round trip economy class air ticket base form Los Angeles or San Francisco will be included
2. Hotel accommodation based on two adults sharing one twin-bed room. When hotels listed in
   itinerary are not available, similar category hotels will be substituted.
3. Meals and admission as mentioned in the itinerary.

Fare Does Not Includes
1. Any personal charges such as visa fee, excess baggage charge, phone bill, postage, laundry,
   drinks, insurance and any expenses not listed in the packages.
2. Airport tax and US international departure/arrival tax.
3. the customary gratuity to tour managers and tips to local guides and drivers, restaurant and    hotel waiters and etc.

General Conditions
1. GHT reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason or when total    number of tour member should fall below ten people. In such cases, all payments made to    date will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with the passenger.
2. The listed prices for children only apply to children under 11 years old who share bed with
   parents or other adults without ask for a third bed in the same room, they will be charged the    child's fare; if they need the third bed in parents' room, they will be charged 90% of the adult    fare. For children 12 and over, they will be charged the regular adult price.
3. Deviation Charge: There will be a US $25 charge for any deviation from tour.
4. Although Golden Horse Travel will be happy to assist you with any shopping requirements,    Golden Horse Travel is not responsible for any goods purchased during the tour. Any after    sales correspondence must be between passenger and the shops.

Grantuity
Suggested tips $2 for local guide per day, $2 for national guide per day and $1 for bus driver per day, $1 for bellboy in hotel, $10 - $15 for yangtze river cruise journey.

Responsibilities
Golden Horse Travel acts as tour operator and agent. The supplier providing transportation, or accommodations are independent contractors and are not agents of employees of GHT. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expensed will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by the operator to tour participants, you agree that neither GHT or any subsidiary or affiliate of GHT shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay incurred by you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other service resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of GHT, Nor shall GHT be liable for any cancellation or changes in flights, itinerary, schedules, steamers or other services, acts of God, fire, acts of government or authorities. Acts of terrorism, wars whether declare or not, riot, strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes. GHT care fully planned all the itineraries and every effort will be made to keep them as they are presented. However, GHT reserves the right to substitute itineraries, hotels and transportation in conditions beyond our control or for the proper operation of the tour. GHT reserve the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour party at any time. All participants of Golden Horse Travel are considered to agree the above items.
